Operation Manager

(San Francisco) Well established sixty year old bay area family owned business seeks multi unit guru for retail/beauty management. This exciting and challenging opportunity is based in South San Francisco with 150 units nationwide. You know what it means to coach, develop and train human capital - especially ones that didn't necessarily start out with any business acumen but came with their creative side on fire. You can take these 150 units and diagnose and help execute a plan to make them more prosperous and the ones that are flourishing keep them on track.
You understand profit and loss, service oriented business, and the retail market and potential that each and every one of your employees and units has the potential to attain and help them find a way that works. You will travel a bit in the beginning but as time goes on will be able to work from headquarters here in the Bay Area. This is a great opportunity for someone who has worked in the retail sector and understands the service and the product sides of business. This is a full time, direct hire opportunity with a benefit package, cell phone, lap top and mileage/travel reimbursement.
Requirements

* College degree and or cosmetology degree preferred.
* Basic MS office and typing skills.
* Management of multi unit retail operation a must.
* Excellent oral and written communication.
