Desktop Support/System Administrator

(Los Gatos) Are you a fast learner? Do you love learning and working with new technologies? Are you great at customer service? Do you want to work with the best IT people around?

Established in 1999, our client set out to be the best IT customer service organization available. While there are a "dime a dozen" IT organizations providing IT "the way it's always been done", their unique style and approach allows them to provide an unprecedented superior quality of service to their clients.

What's their secret? Well that's easy. They hire awesome people! description follows...
Does the following sound like you? Genuine love for computer technology? Enjoys interacting with people? Are never satisfied until you are certain that your clients are happy? Enthusiastic about achievements? Excels at working under pressure? Love to solve difficult challenges? Can't sleep thinking about the solution? Play video games? Even though you follow instructions and manuals because you know it's the professional approach, you really don't need them because you just "get it". You don't remember the last time you had to look down at the keyboard to type. You speak clearly and are fantastic at explaining things verbally (even technical details)
