(Livermore) Inbound Sales professionals needed at a great company!! You will be responsible for answering INBOUND BUSINESS customer inquiries, referrals, inbound calls from customers that received direct mail, or saw a commercial on TV or called the 1-800 number. Customers will be calling because they are interested in business services, so you must be a master at selling, upselling, explaining products and product benefits, providing an excellent experience and closing the deal.
Strong customer service/sales, and lead generation and multi-tasking skills a must. A plus if you are great at data entry/typing. Hourly salary about $15 per hour PLUS commission. Hours Monday through Friday 7:30 - 6pm
