(Pleasanton) An established full-service employee benefit firm located in tri-valley area is seeking an experienced Accountant. A Bachelors degree in Accounting and 5- 8 years of general ledger work, cash management and tax preparation experience is helpful. Must be experienced in MAS 90 software, able to run reports post payment records to the General Ledger.
Successful candidate must be able to:
Perform complex accounting procedures, relating to maintenance of a complete and accurate general ledger.
Perform accounting functions including preparing and analyzing journal entries, financial statements, accounts reconciliation and maintaining chart of accounts.

-A hands-on roll-up-your sleeves attitude is necessary.
-Exhibit excellent problem solving and project management skills
-Must be able to pass a criminal and credit check background check
-Salary range $24.00 -$26.00 per hour
